Brenda began her professional career in corporate accounting before transitioning into real estate accounting. After launching her own accounting practice, she quickly developed a growing client base that included numerous real estate investors and rental property owners. Through her work, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges investors faced, particularly the lack of transparency and consistency in property management services. Seeing an opportunity to bridge this gap, she founded Arbella Properties Inc.

The company’s name carries a meaningful story. Arbella was the flagship of the Winthrop Fleet that sailed to America in 1630, named after Lady Arabella Johnson. As the fleet embarked on a journey toward new beginnings and opportunity, the name symbolized the same spirit Brenda envisioned for her company—a fresh approach to property management built on strong values, trusted relationships, and a commitment to excellence.

Since then, the Association Management Division has experienced significant growth and now manages multiple community associations, including condominium associations, planned unit developments (PUDs), and residential homeowner communities.

Today, Arbella Properties Inc. proudly serves clients from its offices in Fall Branch and Greeneville, Tennessee.
