Sara Frank

My name is Sara Frank and I am a Realtor/Property Manager. I have been working in in property management for five years in total. I have extensive knowledge and experience residential property management.

I received my Bachelor’s of Art from The University of New Mexico and Master’s of Science from University of Colorado at Denver.

In my current role as a Property Manager at Arbella, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management including preparing a unit for rental, marketing the unit, screening tenants, moving them in, maintaining the property and moving them out when the time comes. I ensure that our maintenance projects are completed efficiently and effectively. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest developments in my field. I am always looking for ways to improve myself as well as the experience my tenants and property owners have.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, and cooking. I also enjoy spending time outside, including hiking and skiing.
